Value
for Money
In 2020/21 we will continue to deliver the objectives within our Value for Money Strategy which focuses on ensuring we provide quality services, deliver wider societal benefits and use our resources effectively to deliver the best possible outcomes for our tenants. We will also deliver our organisational Efficiencies Plan to reduce unnecessary costs.

Reducing Arrears
In July 2020 we completed a restructure of our Housing Services Team and created a dedicated team of experienced staff who will focus on reducing our arrears and supporting tenants who have difficulties paying their rent.
We will create an Owner’s Engagement Strategy which will involve a comprehensive survey to our owners in relation to how they would like us to engage with them and methods of involvement as well as assessing satisfaction with the service we will provide. The results of this survey will form the basis of our strategy with our owners with the main aim of listening to their feedback and improving the services that we deliver.
